General Terms
- Admission is contingent upon the accuracy of all information submitted during the application process. Misrepresentation or falsification may result in withdrawal of admission.
- Students must comply with all rules and regulations outlined in the Student Handbook, including academic, behavioral, and attendance policies.
- Payment of tuition and fees must adhere to the deadlines provided. Late payments may lead to penalties, restrictions, or suspension of services.
Code of Conduct
- Students are expected to maintain integrity and respect for peers, staff, and college property.
- Any form of misconduct, harassment, or discrimination is subject to disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.
- Academic dishonesty, such as plagiarism or cheating, will result in penalties as outlined in the academic integrity policy.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Students may cancel their enrollment within seven days of the start of classes to receive a full refund, less administrative fees.
- Refund requests submitted after the initial week will be subject to the pro-rated refund policy detailed in the fee agreement.
- Refunds for special circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Liability and Safety
- The college is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings on campus premises. Students are encouraged to secure personal insurance.
- The college reserves the right to make changes to schedules, policies, and programs as necessary to maintain operational standards.
- Use of campus facilities and participation in events is at the student’s own risk.
Intellectual Property
- All course materials provided by the college are for personal use and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without permission.
- Intellectual property created by students during their time at the college may be subject to collaboration agreements if developed with institutional resources.
